» Orange the Juice are recording second album
Orange the Juice are currently in the process of recording their second album “The Messiah Is Back”. They have just gone through Stage One, which took place at “Wrzos” - a movie theatre hall in their hometown - a venue whose acoustics they find more than appropriate.
Stage One involved recording the drums, base guitar, double bass, guitar, grand piano and keyboards. All the tracks were recorded “live”, which was a new approach for the band. The sound engineer responsible for the whole process of recording the album is Piotr “Falko” Rychlec of Zakopower, known to have cooperated with Justyna Steczkowska, Stanisław Sojka, Matragona, Tołhaje or Zbigniew Hołdys.
Stage Two, slated for 20-21 February 2010, will involve recording the brass section.
