» Caballero Reynaldo
Wild West in the east of the republic!

With his unique way Caballero Reynaldo is interpreting the compositions of Frank Zappa. Country & Western not only at Lumpy Gravy, but also at “The Torture Never Stops” and many other titles where nobody would have thought that it’s possible to play these in Western style.
The stage at Zappanale 21 might probably look like this: Four men, four chairs, four concert guitars and a lot of fun. It doesn’t need more to baffle the following, to unsettle them (this is... no! it is .... wait, maybe yet Dirty Dancin’?), or even make them smile during the whole performance.
Indeed the music is coming along in such a relaxed way that is nearly provocating but Reynaldo and his colleagues are having so much fun on stage that this is without fail transfused to the audience and turns a concert into a little happening.
Behind the stage name Caballero Reynaldo the spanish artist and owner of a record label Luis Gonzàles is hidden. With his interpretations (I can’t recognize even „Bobby Brown” at first; well to be honest - I can’t recognize it at all!) he is represented on several CDs of the “Unmatched” series. Vol. 10 „Caballero Reynaldo & The Grand Kazoo“ belongs solely to him. By the way the Unmatched series appears on his own label „Hall Of Fame Records“.
